all our estimates are than we can only give an estimation on what any extra, either area or materials is likly to cost any such ammendments to invoices or deals and quanitities specifically if less than 20% of the total order value is the customers responsibility to pay. along with materials for additional areas or work done.

PAYMENT & SECURITY
We accept Visa or Mastercard Credit cards, most UK debit cards - All online payments are processed at Dijon Home and Flooring central offices. However, if you would prefer to pay by card over the phone, BACS or Cheque we are happy to do so. Please call us on 0121 745 7888. Deliveries can be made to the cardholders address only. If you are purchasing on behalf of a third party (where a different address is required for delivery) we can accept payments via BACS or by cheque (goods are released for delivery once funds have cleared).

V.A.T
All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to the order during the checkout process at the prevailing rate. 

CANCELLATIONS/WOOD RETURNS
If you need to cancel your order before the goods have been dispatched please contact us as soon as possible on 0121 745 7888. Any cancellations or returned items after dispatch are subject to carriage being paid by the purchaser back to the original point of departure.
This is a UK address for all goods other than Parador which is based in Germany; carriage costs to Germany may outweigh the cost of the goods. The cost of carriage of a cancelled order is the responsibility of the purchaser. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

Changes to order - with product or values -  if you wish to change a product this is sometimes possible, however if we have been storing the original product or you wish to change the volume you will lose any deal automatically that you recieved as a result of effecting any change, on any order prior to delivery this is sometimes possible however if we had to kepp the product for a number of months, or you ask to change your product or order more than once then we can refuse this, and effect an automatic charge to protect us against having to hold stock of a product we may never sell during it life cycle, we often allow people to change howver we charge a 15% admin fee on the total order value, to cover our costs, this also dicourages people who purchase at shows then have to wait long periods for building to be completed , then cahnge their minds on the type of product purchased, in this circumstance you will lose any deal on Parador products and incure an automatic 15% administaration charge on the original order value, on top of the current order to be paid prior to any delievery or further deliveries.

if this arrise and a compromise cannot be sort no deposit or monies paid so far will be returned.

on ton complete cancellation no moneys will be returned on this, any changes after 28 days are descretionary and also liable to a minimum charge of 25% of the total invoice order. if you have changed more than on one occasion then we can refuse to supply you and you will lose any deposit payments that you have made to date, we like to work with customers however, if we have orders and stocked products either in the uk or Germany then you will need to pay as a minimum the restocking charge from Germany a minimum of 25% or the total invoice amount. On some occasions it may be required to change your product due to availability on acceptance of our terms we may supply an alternative product, other than that specified. We will notify you of this.

chage of product - should you wish to purchase another product it must be to the same value if the product you pick is cheaper you will be charged at the higher rate product. if you wish to have less product and transfer the product to another value this is likly to sustain an admin charge of not less than 20% of the restocking charge. plus any transport costsm to change the product. 

if at some point you have changed your order more than on three occasions, then decide you wish to cancell alltogether you will forfit any moneys paid to that point and or be chargeda a minimum an additional adminstration cost not less than 25% of the order value or 50% of the total value- whch ever value is the highest, this helps us. 

DELIVERIES
All goods need to be checked and signed for. Deliveries are to the kerbside - the driver is unable to carry the goods into the customer's premises. The driver will unload the goods from the vehicle but it is the customer's responsibility to ensure sufficient help is available when the delivery arrives. The delivery may be made by a courier including (depending on the size of the order) a pallet service by a large lorry. Delivery times are  14-28 working days. Our couriers will deliver between 8am and 6pm - unfortunately we are unable to give a specific time. We will make every effort to adhere to an agreed delivery day but can accept no liability for circumstances beyond our control. Please advise us at time of purchase if the delivery address
has any restricted access or other parking issues - please call 0121 745 7888 or indicate in the additional comments box at the checkout. We will contact you once your order has been placed to advise of delivery schedule. Please note that if there is no-one to accept delivery the goods will be returned to their original place of departure and a further carriage charge of £35.00 to re-deliver will apply.

DELIVERY CHARGES
For purchases of less than £350.00 + VAT:
A charge of £25 + VAT will apply for Monday - Friday deliveries and an additional charge of £50.00 + VAT will apply for Saturday deliveries.
For purchases of £350.00 + VAT or over:
Delivery will be free of charge for Monday -Friday deliveries and for Saturdays, the charge of £50.00 + VAT will apply.
There may be a surcharge to certain parts of Scotland - please call us if you are in this area to check.
The above charges apply only to wood products: Laminate, Engineered and Solid. For carpet deliveries please call us on 0121 745 7888. 

FITTING COMPLAINTS
Goods must be checked on delivery. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check each board prior to laying. We recommend that a professional wood fitter is employed for all installations. Dijon Home & Flooring cannot be held responsible for fitting complaints where one of certified fitters has not been used. However, if you have a complaint concerning your wood flooring an independent inspection can be carried out, which carries a charge.

DAMAGED GOODS
Our couriers do their utmost to ensure your goods arrive in perfect. condition. In the unlikely event of goods arriving damaged it is imperative that you contact us immediately on 0121 745 7888 before signing for the item(s). Under no circumstances will we accept a claim for damages or shortages if it is not noted when signing for the delivery.

WARRANTY
Warranties varies dependent on products please call on 0121 745 7888 for more details.

WOOD ACCLIMATISATION
We strongly recommend storing the wood in the room it is to be installed prior to fitting; 1 week for solids, 48 hours for laminate and engineered. Wood cannot be acclimatized in areas that have been recently plastered. Packs should be laid flat & away from any direct
heat source i.e. heaters & radiators. Click here to see our installation guide. 

DAMP PROOFING
Before laying any floor it is strongly recommended that a damp meter reading test is carried out. If your wood floor is to be installed over a concrete base a Damp Proof Membrane (DPM) is required.
 
COLOURS & SAMPLES
Wood is a natural product and no two pieces are alike so the colours on this web site may vary from the actual wood samples. We strongly recommend you obtain a sample of the floor prior to ordering. Please call one of our staff for any advice or samples required. A small sample can only give you an indication of the colour of the wood and not the variation of colour and grain or grading. Please note, at Dijon Home and Flooring we are constantly upgrading our cleaning products, on occasion the product you have ordered may differ from the one delivered.
